The GRILLOMAX combines grill and hot air into an innovative Preparation experience within a few minutes.
Innovative technology
The GRILLOMAX works with an intelligent combination of direct and indirect heat. The specially designed grill and hot air chambers produce a constant flow of heat. This ensures that the food is cooked gently and evenly. High-quality insulation and efficient energy management result in low energy consumption.
During preparation, the grill and hot-air chambers are sealed almost airtight. Inside the GRILLOMAX, the exhaust air passes through a complex system consisting of a grease separator, integrated plasma filter and activated charcoal/suspended matter filter elements. This specially developed exhaust air unit cleans the odours as well as fat elements of the air and enables fat-free and odourless preparation.
