The caramelizing cane sugar and the highlights, such as jalapeno and caramel sugar syrup, combine during cooking and give the meat a uniquely flavorful crust.
- The rubs are suitable for:
- Indirect grilling (ball grilling, hole in the ground)
- Long-term cooking in the oven
- Low temperature cooking in a combi steamer/convection oven
- Hot smoking
- Production of marinades
- Seasoning grilled short-roast pieces
Application tips: for dark meat, especially ring, e.g. brisket, flank, rib, for smoking, grilling and roasting. Also suitable for vegetarian grilled dishes, e.g. with potatoes, vegetables, tofu. Strong seasoning, gentle rubbing and time to marinate guarantee the best flavor development.
